Thank you for shopping with WYOF! We're a small, passionate brand and we want to make sure your order reaches you safely and on time. Here's everything you need to know about how we ship.


📦 PROCESSING TIME

All WYOF pieces are carefully prepared before dispatch. Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be processed and packed. During busy periods (sales, new drops), processing may take up to 7 business days. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on its way.


🇦🇺 AUSTRALIA

  • Delivery time: 3–7 business days
  • Shipping method: Standard tracked post via Australia Post
  • Tracking: Yes — provided via email once dispatched

🇺🇸 USA & CANADA

  • Delivery time: 10–20 business days (standard)
  • Shipping method: International tracked shipping
  • Tracking: Yes — provided via email once dispatched
  • Customs & duties: Orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total. We recommend checking your country's import thresholds before ordering.

🇬🇧 UK & IRELAND

  • Delivery time: 10–18 business days
  • Shipping method: International tracked shipping via UK & Ireland service
  • Tracking: Yes — provided via email once dispatched
  • Customs & duties: Since Brexit, UK orders may be subject to import duties and VAT. These are the responsibility of the customer. Please check UK customs thresholds before placing your order.

🌍 REST OF WORLD (Standard International)

We ship to 28 countries worldwide! For all other destinations:

  • Delivery time: 14–28 business days depending on destination
  • Shipping method: Standard international tracked shipping
  • Tracking: Yes — provided via email once dispatched
  • Customs & duties: International orders may be subject to customs fees and import taxes in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

📍 TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive this email.


📦 LOST OR DAMAGED PARCELS

We take great care in packaging every order. However, if your parcel arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, please contact us within 14 days of your expected delivery date at sales@wheresyouroutfitfrom.com with your order number and photos (if damaged). We'll do our best to resolve the situation with the carrier on your behalf.

Please note: Once a parcel has been marked as delivered by the carrier, WYOF is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.


📬 INCORRECT ADDRESS

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. WYOF is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at sales@wheresyouroutfitfrom.com — we'll do our best to update it before dispatch.
